I acknowledge that myself and all members of my hunting group are mentally and physically fit and am/are able to participate in and perform all necessary safari activities without undue risk to my/our personal safety. *

I/We agree to sign an indemnity form provided, which will indemnify True African Safaris and it’s employees. *

True African Safaris has my permission to use my name, information and photographs in any/all marketing activities free of charge. *

I understand that it is advisable to have international travel insurance as well as full medical cover and will independently make the necessary arrangements for it. *
