What to Expect
South Africa has a generally sunny and dry heat climate with summer daytime temperatures ranging from 28°C – 40°C (82.4°F – 104°F), and winter daytime temperatures from 13°C – 25°C (55.4°F – 77°F).
Clothing: Clothing colors should be olive green, khaki, stone/beige or camouflage. Be sure to pack short as well as long trousers, short sleeved shirts, a warm jacket, comfortable walking shoes/boots and a hat for the sun.
Extras: High SPF sunblock, moisturizing body cream, insect repellent with DEET to repel mosquitoes and biting insects, any medication prescribed by your Doctor. We will send you a complete pre-hunt checklist upon booking your hunt.
